Things couldn’t have been more perfect for Tayla and Nick’s wedding day. The blue sky was dotted with the occasional white cloud and the breeze was warm when these two made their promise to each other under the gracious, old tree at Penryn Park. Mother Nature cooperated and lent the sunset for a final set of portraits of the newly married couple. The day which began beautifully, continued beautifully and the reception guests were able to enjoy the grounds at the Port Hope Golf and Country Club and the beautiful view of Lake Ontario. Everyone stayed for the reception and all the generations could be found on the dance floor. It was a celebration in the truest sense of the word.
The effort that Tayla and Nick put into all the details of their wedding was evident everywhere, nothing was overlooked and everything was personalised to the couple. Tayla, I think you may have found your calling as a wedding planner/coordinator. The day was incredibly smooth and unhurried. The perfect way to cherish a wedding day.
One of the most unexpected joys for me as a photographer is getting to see my wedding clients celebrating the weddings of their family and friends. It is a privilege to be invited into your circle for a day and to witness all the love and happiness your family and friends have for you. Thanks to all my former and new clients for allowing me to be part of your days.
The venue, organised impeccably by Aimee Johnston is Penryn Park at the Port Hope Golf and Country Club.

Thanks so much to my second shooter, Chantelle from Bow Photography.
